Remember that she probably plays a character at work that is not really her, and remember that while she may enjoy what she does, she probably does not want to be that person when she gets home. When I first started stripping, this was my biggest shock: how many people I met inside the club that I then went on to work with in a business capacity. This includes an ability to listen to outlandish work stories, a willingness to pick up food at 3am, counting singles, and knowing your lady is coming home to YOU after a long night of listening to pick-up lines from clients.
If she doesn't feel your ask is reasonable, negotiate terms that make both of you feel taken care of. Not all strippers have hearts of gold, but there are those who are just doing it to pay their bills and get through their lives day by day. If she has felt conflict or frustration with me for that, she hasn't really voiced it.
